Before you send

Your fee is confirmed and invoiced before any work starts, and is paid in full before anything is processed or submitted.
Our service fee is not refunded once work has started or government fees have been paid for you.
Government fees are set by the agency and are separate from our fee. The agency decides approvals and processing times.
Your details are used only for your request. Supporting documents are deleted within 30 days of completion.
