Delivery: DHL courier or collect in person
All certificates are sent by DHL courier unless you choose to collect in person. You choose the delivery method when you start your request. Courier is quoted by your delivery address and added to your invoice.
Your part
- Give accurate names, dates and places on our request form. If you have an old copy, have it ready: we'll ask for it once you've accepted our terms.
- Give your consent for us to act for you.
- If the certificate isn't your own, tell us your relationship to the person and your reason for applying. RGD asks for both.
- RGD fees are non-refundable once paid. Our fee is covered in our Terms & Conditions.
Using the certificate abroad (apostille)
Many overseas authorities require an apostille, but only countries that signed the Hague Apostille Convention accept one. Check with the office receiving your certificate first. Add it when you start your request, so it's done in one trip.
